Stop Wasting Time

Within the songs of yesterdays
Tomorrows are but dreams
Todays are never evident
By overpowered screams
We want the very best in life
We dream in great detail
But changing ways we just don’t do
So often, then, we fail

Sing not, then of tomorrows
For today shall be our day
Change heart and soul of being
And we will find our way
Wait not then for the outcome
We make it on this day
Sing, not, then of tomorrows
Or else, life you will delay

Oh so very wise and contemplative. Introspective and speaks directly to the heart. Very well written. Regards Heidie
