Stop Time

Stop time

A raindrop as its falling,
But never reaches ground,
A dying leaf that crumbles,
But never makes a sound...
The lightning bolt that flashes,
And brightens up the sky,
The shiver from her glances,
When you catch her eye...
The touch that lasts forever,
When you grab their hand,
The hour glass that tumbled,
Just to stop the sand...
At last a babies crying,
As it gasps for breath,
A loved one that is dying,
In what little time that's left...
You live between the seconds,
That leave memories behind,
But I live them forever,
When I stop it in my mind...
