Stop It

A mother in the kitchen sweating to the bone .billy put your toys away.maya dont mark up the table with your favorite marker daddy will have a fit.she feels a kick and smiles and you little one she rubs her stomach dont kick.daddy walks in unstable and drunk.hey baby give me a kiss his tounge touches her cheeck roughly and she pushes away .one slap causes a mother to grab her cheek and the kids to turn to tears.brave maya says stop it daddy.billy begins to pinch himself hard enough to leave marks autistic kids dont feel pain but billy cries each time he does it.im sorry billy says there father ill stop it. A neighbor nearby has her own troubles and woes doctors say shes paranoid delusional and one even remarked a bit slow in his notes the voices tell her that shes ugly they tell her shes no good and tonight there telling her to stop looking out that window you aint got no time for them folks. She closes her windows  and sighs okay. She fumbles with the top to the medicine bottle but tonight it wont open no matter how hard she twist and struggles. Stupid safety locks and she begins to cry till she falls asleep crying  a fire broke out  a woman was in the house paramedics say smoke inhalation and itll be a miracle if she makes it .a pregnant woman runs through the crowd thats my sister and yells stop it jenny come back and stop it.the woman hears in her dream as she stands before a woman known as mother you know you got to stop it jenny says mother and she says okay but her sister hears it then they are looking at one another and jenny says ill stop it for you
