Stone Upon Stone

Brick buildings.
Skyscrapers reaching.
Up high into the heavens.
Some jagged and harsh.
Some smooth and gentle.
Stone upon stone.
For ages to come.
From ages past.
Some crumbling
Some climbing.
New temples
to new age gods.
