Stolen Memories
Yes, I confess,
I am guilty of the crime.
I am the one and only thief,
And, I will now do time.
Yes, I stole each memory,
Each moment spent with you,
I put them away, in my mind,
Where I, alone, can view
The magic and the feelings,
The joy, zest and the free,
Where I relive the happy times,
That you had with me.
Unfortunately, they end too soon,
Leaving me holding my heart,
Actually, I have to go view one right now,
Your memory’s about to start.
