Stink

Out of the shower and off I go, been waiting a whole week to see this show, On goes my best shirt, jeans fit just right, a few pumps of Old Spice and I am good for the night. Down the stairs I go to my car in the back. I reach for the handle then stop, "What's that?" It was as if a fish hook had snagged my nose. The stench was so great , it curled up my toes. This odor had hunted me down for sure,I looked around thinking "Am I in the sewer?" The fumes were pugnacious as I breathed in, a slow exhale and there it was again. I felt a flip flop in my stomach's core as my nose seemed to scream "No more! No more!" Then ,something arose in my throat at the back , that something from lunch or maybe a snack . Preparing to launch due to that smell, The specific description is hard to tell, but not totally impossible. It was like thinking about eating a slug or seeing a pile of puss on the rug, this stink captivated all my senses, it all came through my nose that had no defenses. I noticed this white paper package next to my feet, all brownly bloodstained,it had to be meat. Yes, that was it, this poke was the key, there is nothing as rank as month old turkey. I was ready to go out to my show so nice and was swallowed by a stink greater than Old Spice. That really stinks!
