The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

Still the Same

Look at me...I thought I was free..
Free from things that tie you to me
I don't know how to release myself
from where I don't need to be.

I thought I could break away..
The strength was in my hand
Courage was in my pocket
For me to possess my land.

But, I'm where I was before..
Tho' I tried so hard to rearrange
I don't know how to release myself
Nothing for me has changed.

That is insight to being tied to one's self, a fear of letting go. Well put and spoken. Jim
