The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

Still On the Fence

We say our past is in our past
but when it comes to us it never really is
Doubt destroys faith
when you don't want to trust the happiness
we're both guilty of that
I still look at you in amazement
of how I got this far
To be able to feel so comfortable
and so safe
To be able to look at your pictures
and long for you
I no longer look and long for him
like I do for you
Your my every thought and intention
but I still want him as only my friend
I know who I am and I'll always stay true
I role play in my head
and I always pick you
I think you need to see my face
To know that I'm sincere
I don't know what else you want me to do
