Still Here
I watered my roots
And felt them grow
Until they hit bedrock
And cannot grow anymore
Days burn slow
And I'm still here
Years fly by
And I'm still here
Leaves formed a crown
But they have become brown
Once so exuberant
They slowly fall out
Forests disappeared
But I'm still here
Sunrise and sunset repeat
But I'm still here
