Teeth in the meat, still eating. Wine in the blood, still drinking. Fear in the night, still screaming. Blood in the mud, still bleeding. Fools of the earth, still fooling. Words of the life, still lying. Sun in the sky, still shining. Blue seas horizon high, still turning. Tears in the eyes, still crying. Relatives lost from our lives, still hurting. Remembering all the good times, still feeling. Sorrow for what we’ve lost, still mourning. Wearing a mask, still caring. Covid infecting people, still dying.
