Sticky Moisture

After the heavy downpour of yesterday And night's quiet rest There's a thick heavy creek rise Giving morn a beauty that's best Heavy dew coats late summer's grass And all the trees and house The creek rise adds to the mix With wet, sticky moisture; we're doused I'm so blessed to live to this time God has granted me life extended Thank you, God, for this day And all the good you've amended You gave me life and something better Offered me salvation for my spirit I feel inadequate but You're an uplifter Help me to spread the Word; hear it

Yesterday we had heavy rain and thunder. Today the day was sunny and ht. God knows best. Thank you Lord.

Victor, I don't think it ever rained here yesterday, but there is a chance for today so we might get sprinkled again. Yes, God knows what is best for us. Thank you for the nice review. Sara K

Sounds like an average day down here in Texas, Sara. We are blessed to have a God that forgives us and unconditionally Loves us. Smiles ~ Blessings, my friend. Hugs, Bill

Yes, Bill, humans have a tendency to love only on conditions, but God accepts where we are and will help us become closer to what we should be. Thanks for the nice review and encouragement. Sara K
