Sticks and Stones

The Devil has drawn an x-ray hand with bones unbroken
Sending the message that some words are left unspoken,

This may be true if you to
Could follow the golden rule,

Sticks and stones may break my bones
And yet the words that you say are like stones,

So does the saying words will never hurt me
Is it true the hurt you feel shouldn't be,

But, does the x-ray hand send a message of uncertainty
Yes because guilt can over whelm some one to reality.
