Stick Heads and Little Voices
Stick heads and little voices
I tell you to do as you’re told and to hell with those out their
See them make what is not real just bearable not to care
A reaction needed to assume a greater height everyone is aware
The struggle is between elders that do not understand and can’t be bothered to explain why and where
Ignorance is cruelty but don’t cruel people live elsewhere
Dangerous whispers of what might occur if you push far enough to dare
Nobody is innocent but nobody wins because changes do not declare
Stick heads and little voices play the games of parents who laugh at the difference and ignore what the children learn to bully and swear.
