a gatsby roll sliced open
then add some salad
lettuce and tomatoes 
steak or polony
add sauce of your choice
cut in two
eat!!

This sounds very interesting, wilma. LIke the Great Gatsby!! Almost reminds me of a subway. Is it like that? And what is polony? That was a good idea for you to do the note on the bottom!

This dish sounds delicious, Wilma. Is "polony" like balogna? Doesn't matter as I would enjoy either one. Thank you for telling us about the "Gatsby" food chain in Cape Town, Wilma. If I ever visit, this is one stop we'll have to make. Love, Carolyn
