Steak, a versatile food, So easy to prepare. Seared, broiled, or grilled, my choice. Searing steak, I prefer. Savory, meaty, and Smoky scent in the air. Seared rib eye steak, yummy!

Thanks, Terry... when I am searing rib eye with butter, I could hardly wait to eat it. I put both sides on high heat for a couple of minutes, then medium to low, get that brown outside and tenderness inside.

Big congrats here. I rarely eat steak because I can't seem to find a place that has good tasting tender ones like when I was a kid. I want mine burned!!

Thanks so much, Andrea! I am a meat person and I prefer beef, pork, lamb and chicken, but drumsticks or wings only. I want my steak medium well! Blessings, M.
