Steady Flow

Eddies arising in my heart, Out of the turbulence; Coloured waters of emotions, Trivial yet significant, Forming my part But amidst the vehemence, Heart lies dormant, No penetration of the walls But it is no seed; All in all just returns the echo Had it been leaves falling softly From the good part of mind Into the depths Where the beams reach not; Had it been the dulcet flute music, Mingle with that unpleasant echo; Where lie some dull icicles; The Reynold would have gone down, Germ pores formed; Warm Waters' spectrum Hence, STEADY and no frost Date:-01/10/2022

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.

Dear Harshita, your wondrous pen spills beautiful yet melancholy imagery. Such amazing phrases; “Eddies arising in my heart” and “Had it been leaves falling softly /from the good part of mind /into the depths /where the beams reach not”- such exquisite introspective emotional expression. A wistful poem of splendid artistry! Warmest wishes.. ~Susan
