There was always this sense of hope in the back of my mind
You showed up when I needed you most
And I longed for that reconnection
Even miles away, you still felt close to me, over the years
...my years of learning...
I didn't think the day would come when I could hear your voice again
I was hoping on a dream
You came back and everything still feels the same
I don't ever want it to leave again
Please stay with me this time
