Stay Strong

They break down and cry
I want us back
I want us together again
When is she coming home?
I want to give her a kiss
They are so young how would they understand?
Please don’t wait for me don’t cry for us
For one day you will see
That you are strong you can hold on
You can do this
I’m not saying you have to do this without me
Because I will always be there but be strong
I know you can
You have my blood in you
That’s more than enough to convince me
Just keep this in your head
Stay strong
For these will be the words you need to learn to live by
I love you
