Stay Connected

    Retirement’s made up to look rosy
      ‘Look back on a life lived well’
    Pardon me for being so nosy, but
       that's a surefire prescription for hell

    Nothing to do but ‘look back’
       paves the way for a future pitch-black
    Look forward, make plans, stay connected
       Avoid the road to becoming dejected

My former high school cheerleader daughter turns 43 in a few months. Gee, where did the time go? You may feel the same way. I think about the future too. Shabbat Shalom :)

The present and the future have a breath of life, especially when engaged with others and creative activities. The chirpy tone shows that you live by your advice. J :)
