Start Out Small
A tiny seed can grow into a tree
Our universe was built with particles
A flower's pollinated by a bee
The smallest words we have are articles
When teaching concepts always start quite small
The best advice I ever got in school:
Whoever starts out 'big' is sure to fall
So I have lived my whole life by that rule...
The same is true of love, one starts out small
A gesture slight that hints at what may come
A glance, a nod, an eyebrow raised is all
Flirtations start with just a little crumb
Before you fan the flames with all your charm,
Don Juan: Be careful there's no lasting harm
