Stars Are Near
I miss bright
Skies of Dakota night.
Ever since I started into roam
Memories of their sparkling beauty call me home,
Persuading me to leave this place of steel and chrome.
Dakota skies are so wide and clear,
It seems as though from there
Stars are near.
