Starry eyed child
How your dreams run wild
Like fire; blazing.
Starry eyed child
How you yearn for more
Than this world has to offer,
Maybe to be a little softer?
Starry eyed child
Blinded
By your failures,
You give up,
You’ve had it rough
But
Starry eyed child
There’s always light in darkness
Like starry night skies
Starry eyed child.
