Staring At the Sun

Staring at the sun

Such a peaceful death I find myself inside;
Staring at the sun, looking for the answer to why I died.
I look up into the air and see the birds flying high,
I see myself floating towards them, towards the sky.

The sun is shining, not a cloud in the sky;
‘tis beautiful to behold, this beautiful light,
That shines upon everything not hidden in the shade.
So lay me down in peace in my own personal grave.
