Star Gazing

She gazed into the stars
looking at heavenly bodies
as they slowly meandered
across the the darken sky
picking out various star clusters
and locating bright shining planets
watching the sky slowly move
 like a giant wheel
 turning
resembling a silent clock
with imaginary hands
with each new upcoming hour
it slowly moved in motion
all in precision like clockwork
same route year after year
like time the forward motion
will continue on for millions of years.

G'day Phyllis … fascination of the universe has always intrigued me. I have tried to figure out where it ends, but it can't end. Nicely written Phyllis - Lindsay
