A steel hull of madness is what he found, peering down, into wells of glitter blue rubbed off during the confusion, beautiful and smiling. And he wanted too, just briefly to recognize the warmth of her breath floating mint when mint would do but none could be found. Magical even then. Memory swells and ebbs during younger moments lying in wait, patient, until lights turn green and bustling feet propel forward all the purity of yore.
