Stand Up Tall

No time outs One minute to play Need to score There must be a way Stand up tall Be a man Whatever time is left Just do what you can Full speed ahead Stay on track Feet forward eyes front No looking back The clock is ticking Only seconds to go One final thrust forward Is the only way I know Will it be enough Time will soon tell Where I land Before the final bell

Richard, I was trying to figure out if this was basketball, track or boxing, but I think it's all just a metaphor for life and life is many things rolled into one. Hope I got that right. I really enjoyed reading it.
