Stand Back World
I am going to be a ballerina, dancing
Exotically and beautifully,
In a pink tutu, fluffy and frothy
My arms will glitter with
Glitz and sass.
I will be streamlined, with an
Appreciative audience who is
Constantly amazed and
awed by my flawless performance
And if that doesn’t work out,
I will be the owner of an orphanage,
Taking in all of the children who
Do not feel wanted. Giving them
Whatever they need to like themselves
Better
My fallback plan is race car driver.
I will zoom around the track,
Antagonizing my opponents,
Amazing my fans. I can hear
Them cheering now.
If a wrench lands in these
Plans I will run away with
The circus and be one of
The pretty ladies with all the
Make up who wears the
Glitzy swimsuit type outfits,
And rides around on the
Bare back of a highly-decorated
White horse.
Stand back., world. I am ready to
Be the star. I am seven, which
Means I have been preparing
For this kind of attention and
These kinds of accolades for
At least five years.
