Stacy
An innocent caught in a web she couldn't possibly understand. An older man, of authority, spinning dreams of safety, security, and love everlasting. No defenses did she have to his hypnotic attentions, but little did she know he was a man of addictions, to money, power, and increasingly younger women. All who were trophies for his Ego. She realized this, but too late the need to escape for self-preservation became apparent, but Her fate was sealed by confronting his arrogance, now things could only end badly. What good could possibly be gleaned from not knowing the Ending yet? It keeps her memory alive to family and friends, and all those who tried to find her. And just maybe in a heart incapable of love, except for himself, now deep in the cell in a neighboring state, a man will tell all he may know. Permitting closure to the bruised hearts of all those who loved her. Scars replacing wounds that could never heal.
