Spring Unfolds
Listen to poem:
In the dusting of the springtime
Lies the reviving whiff of thyme,
The cleansing breath of revival,
The hint of rebirth's arrival.
The cold wreak of dank days are gone,
Remnant dew droplets fall at dawn,
Sprinkling the blossom blooms bouquet,
Sweet scented thoughts of yesterday.
From barren branches, spring new buds,
Brought into being, new life floods,
Filling the scene with vividness
Of color, scents, and hopefulness.
Springtime weaves its new cloak with gold,
Threading in secrets yet untold.
