Notes About The Poem

Hibernation could a good thing if you don't care for winter.

Spring Is Coming

Spring is Coming
By Franklin Price
12/6/2016

Spring is coming is what I hear
It's not yet Winter, but it's so near
It still is Autumn though the trees are bare
Speaking of Spring won't make it there

We still must go through snow and ice
Temps so low it's not so nice
Won't be long to get to Spring
If hibernation is your thing

The bear will sleep the winter through
Will not suffer cold like me and you
In Spring will cease to hibernate
To be a bear could be so great

This was fun Franklin and so very happy feeling. Yes, it would be nice to be a bear, especially this time, yawn, of year. :) Nicely written.
