Spring Calling

All nature echoes news that spring is nigh
as snowdrops dare to pierce the stubborn ground
and liberated wings fly swiftly by
delighting to be free and skyward bound.
Flamboyant tulips kiss the morning sky
and daffodils with jubilance are crowned
as God looks down in love to grace our land
for all such blessings issue from His hand.
