Spring at Hinkle

As I wander around the cottage Signs of spring is on its way A swarm of bright yellow Aconites surround the Old horse chestnut tree Telling tales of past springs A scattering of white snowdrops Mingle into the bright yellow carpet The odd crocus is in the orchard A pale purple A new beginning is approaching Spring will turn to summer And the garden will be full of bright blooms Ceri
