Spring Again

SPRING AGAIN

Spring has come again this year
Bringing laughter and good cheer
After the time of being blue for all
And the little creatures great and small

The trees will start their new canopies
Welcoming the birds returning from foreign countries
To build their nests so high
Right there nearly in the sky

And the new buds growing each and every year
With flowers poking out their new ear
Then God’s creatures will build their dens
All over and at the bottom of the gardens

Now many gardeners will find their boots
Ready to go and dig those unwanted roots
Just so they will have the best
Of gardens for them to have their rest

But for now they really must toil
Just to get right the spring soil
For all can’t help but be so happy
Spring is here again so snappy

Very nice. It's not quite spring here yet but it is in the air. Earthworms, best thing for a garden. They'll take care of the gardening part. Best line,"Flowers poking out their new ear" love it. Great write, Mary Grace.
