Splash

Here comes the rain
pitter patter hear that
sound
splashing in puddles
kids laughing out loud.

chilly breeze upon soft
cheeks
soaked too the skin
they dont mind.

Not a care on their
face
yellow bright she did
shine
drops falling on
dampened ground
colours forming rays
from a rainbow over
head,

whispering in the wind
follow the colour of
the path

children saying what
mothers said
a croak of gold shines
like the sun
another world of make
belief,

Pitter patter went the
rain
splashing puddles
happy so fun
look above a arch of
love.
