Spirituality

Spirit leaves, Spirit fails, spirit stays, Spirit prevails. Spirt there, Spirit here, spirit behind you, Spirit everywhere. We are all spirits in a human form, we are all Spirits even before we was born. Spirit talks, Spirit walks, Spirit sees a flying hawk. Spirit cries, spirit lies, we are all under cover spirits in disguise. Spirit never die, Spirit is like a fire fly. Living Spirits are here to stay, so why not be a happy  Spirit anyway. Spirit leaves, Spirit fails, Spirit stays, Spirit prevails.

Thomas Wells April 30, 2020 at 10:49 PM Daniel, I love the feeling this poem gives me inside. Like you, I sense there is an energy inside us which connects us to everything in nature. The great American poet Walt Whitman believed that God could be found everywhere in nature. The word to describe this view is "pantheism." Maybe he was right! Thank you for sharing your poem. It is true that we have spirits in us as everyone in the world does too and that’s how he created us with a body, spirit and soul. My Poem is about our spirits that God created, Jesus Christ and I am using that to express the spirits he gave us but it’s how we use our spirit within us since he gave us free choice but we should not sin and ask for repentance.
