Spinner Called Life
Someone once told me that life is like a coin,
It has two sides.
But in my own journeys I have found that it has many more.
It’s similar to a spinner,
As it has endless possibilities.
We’re all spinning in this life,
With no clue where we will end up.
Sometimes we get dizzy,
Sometimes we just enjoy the ride.
But no matter how hard we try we can not get off,
This spinner called life.
The spinner keeps going,
Whether we like it or not.
Some may fall,
And some may stand strong.
You can try to be strong,
But even the strong have their stumbles,
On this spinner called life.
When you get dizzy,
Just close your eyes.
Picture the world standing still,
Nothing happening around you.
That is how I survive in,
This spinner called life.
When you feel yourself falling,
Grab on and hold tight.
Those around you are your rope,
They hold you to the center.
The center of,
This spinner called life.
When that someone said life is like a coin,
I looked at them and said no!
The world is resting on,
This spinner called life.
