'spider's Web'

trapped in a spider's web with every move you make things get more twisted staying in one place was never an option going back is out of the question push through the only viable move the bruises will heal you'll remember the pain you'll never forget the lessons you've learned

intense and spectacular write Wilma.. eloquently penned with much emotion and depth.. luv the analogy with the spider's web.. seems many of us get snared once or twice in life.. and no going back.. no second chances.. that is my motto my friend..luv..

Yes, indeed - I think we've all felt like that at one time or another, Wilma. But, as you say, it's all part of life's lessons : ) I'm good, thanks - hope you're well. lfde

I can feel the struggle coming out of these words, imagining that web getting more tangled. Beautiful poetry Mrs. Wilma and such wise words.

It's hard to twist our way out of that web, Wilma. I bet you meet many women at your job who have to heal. It's a shame that so many return to abusive relationships, but hopefully you and others who provide opportunities for them to find their way out can make a difference. On a more personal level, I guess there are a lot of us who've tried to find release from this web. Love and blessings, Carolyn
