Aren't children wonderful? They can pick up slugs and watch spiders, but when they become teenagers they scream when you tell them to tidy their room..... thanks for visiting my Haiku, Debbie, I'm pleased that you enjoyed it. Viv x

Hi, Suzanne. Just been to read your piece, love 'pinkened dawn'- nice description. And the way such a short verse goes from light to dark and then a bright finish with rebirth. Lovely. Thanks for visiting, and the fave. Very kind. Viv x

Thanks, Andrea. I composed it whilst standing at the bus stop, looking over a neighbouring garden. It pays to be a little more observant in life, I think. Viv x
