spider stole grannys yarn

the spider was a tricky one
he thought granny’s yarn looked like fun
stole some balls in the middle of the night
thought he would wind them nice and tight

He got caught up in his own petard
was an unhappy sight in the barnyard
you didn’t understand yarn at all right? Asked the cow
He did not then, but he sure does now.
