Spent

As an elixir of life running in bluish hues…
Your warmth coursed veins through and through
Never thought anyone would dare defile you
With malicious intent so infectious, the body was rent
Cuts so deep, your once bluish hues now red ~ spent
As it splashes in wind and rains as droplets to the earth sent
Returning not in the fashion it was meant
Your warmth now cold to the touch,
Feelings of pain … the earth child does grieve much…
As the rains fall from the clouded heart within and thus…
Life shall never feel the same. No never again
