Special Sphere
I am a spiritual, rather than religious, person and embrace all positive belief systems. Which pretty much translates to treating people with dignity and respect, having compassion and kindness, and trying to make a positive difference in the world.

There are none so blind than those who refuse to see,
The truth about what's happening in our society;
There are none so deaf than those who refuse to hear,
The echoes of freedoms being thrown down
a chasm of despair...
For every person has the right to be free,
To pursue an understanding of truth and be healed;
For society has many closed hearts and closed minds,
People choose to ignore the plight of others who are dying...
Until we enlighten ourselves and make more of an effort to make a positive difference,
Compassion will remain a rare experience for those who aren't in our special sphere of influence...
