Sparkling Soul Sonata

Soft sky, may I embrace you?

Leaping from cloud to cloud in
turquoise tulle ballet gown.

Bejeweled, matching slippers,
Hands in the air, as I glide down.
A sparkling Big Dipper!

What glorious joy, I do feel!
That no person can ever steal!

Dance and romance?
These are my life’s pleasures.
Simply, beyond any measure!

Hello Panagiotq, I was trying hard to get on the poetry web site. With no luck at all. I had to keep myself busy in other ways. This poem is wonderful. Hugs.

Bob, late in replying.my friend, sorry.....you got that right, Bob! Pain, ugh. A practically robotic knee and the upper thigh? Not a simple break ...instead of one upper thigh....It broke into two parts. Thus surgery had to be done in a Trauma Unit by a huge team of surgeons. I just sent you a new lne which is far better, i think. Hugs from the Trauma Center, Pangie xoxo

You are the one who is temporarily confined for now. However, you continue to write poetry that is uplifting. I can truly imagine this beautiful and (I think) familiar ballerina. Stay positive and write. You bring enjoyment to so many.

Hi Madelyn, confined! Oh yes, and with my independence? LOL. I am not the passive patient. I-question everything.but...have kept people in stitches. Staff cracks up! The ortho staff knows of my comedy background so we are rowdies as your Dad once said.i never use the word positive. I just “be” with the moment. I cant hide behind a creest of positivity. Here are some words to use to describe me..under any and all circumstances RED HOT AND ROLLING! No matter what, I. Get up I have intense energy inside me. I dont have to beat Another person. Just grow and love only those who love me. I am not into being popular”””You know that. I hated high school,,in terms of climbing the Social ladder. To sum in up, Poetry is not a popularity contest for me. Nor is life! PR
