Sparkling Array of Elegance

Sparkling Array Of Elegance

at first the brush stroke came to tight
nature is the canvas in the vast expanse of space
its twilight sun has tainted my inner vision
 birds, ivy & moss

to relish the day in its exquisite exploits
treasuring a red rose that was plucked a time before...
A beacon of light to a hurting world in need of love
filter through the memories of time well spent in thought,

A rich appetite for the extreme in life
lines are being drawn in the sand
when will we ever live to understand
how the Willow tree embarks on a new episode

Sullen brevity taunts at my very soul
a hush of resistance to watch the river flow
in deep solitude we have every right to know
silence now as we echo in the new day's dawn

the rolling hills embellish a sense of urgency
the sun is now gone but not forgotten
