Spare My Pain

We suffer in silence yet our
hearts bleed out loud.

We cry in agony yet we
scream in vain

We hope our hearts, keep our secrets
sealed yet my eyes reveal what my
hearts trys to conceal.

We fight for strength

We battle for bravery

When our soul tires we pray for release

We bruise our heads,
We cut our heals,
we grieve for those we love.

I clutch my heart and threaten to die
for the pain that builds inside.
