space, the final frontier

if you think about it
space
its mind boggling
the universe
the sheer size of it
galaxies
we'll never explore
worlds
we'll never see
space
the final frontier
nothing else in this life is totally unlimited
except space
the information held
in only the worlds we've never seen
we create poetry
art
but is it forever
nothing is
but space is close
the beings ultimately hidden in it
the words spoken
the stars illuminating the blackness
of space
there is no equal
every history ever written
millions of possibilities
small minds
thinking where the only ones
we can't be
space is simply too big

The night sky fascinates me and I often think surely it can’t be just us, the fact that we actually exist defies all logic seeing as there was nothing to begin with. Enjoy your weekend Morgan. Tom
