SPACE BETWEEN STARS
The space between stars is not empty
It is just like the space between words
Full, yet seemingly hidden from view
Although sometimes never recognised
For the depth of meaning lurking here
Offering more questions than answers
But silently, as if encouraging thought
Perhaps exposing an odd connection
That cannot be so easily reconciled
Within a universe more familiar to us
But in these spaces is a new thinking
And perspectives are not well-worn
Differences worthy of consideration
Where some truths finally do emerge
If spaces are seen from the other side
