Sower of Joy
Sower of joy
is love
nourishing hearts
sprouting
green in arid
healing minds
wiping tears
from eyes
guiding blind
opening ears
to catch
tears or smile
giving fallen
hope
wings to fly
for truth
and justice
fighting
energy marvel
one against
thousands
whence
the power?
Can the finite
purchase
infinite?
More valuable
than all earthly
goods that
perish
God’s breath
in heart of flash
coin in light
etched
love self
on the one side
love neighbor
on the other
God's love
in between
energizing
both sides
ticket pass
to faith ignited
jet
fueled by hope
to life's eternal
rest
love unity
joy endless
infinite happiness.
