Brian, How does all of that taste? Fishy? And how do you make sorrel sauce? I was caught by the fresh salmon. Ooh it's so good the Norwegian way. I enjoyed this epulaeryu. Sincerely, Dane Ann

Makes me long for a sea side cafe, and ocean breezes. I will have to settle for Salmon freshly caught by my neighbor on the Sacramento River...(and I count my blessings that he's a great fisherman!) :) love, Carrie
