Soulmate

If you would ask, I would say
I need you more every day
Cause you shine the light, on the darkest parts of my soul
Without you, I'm out of control
You keep the demons at bay
With you I can slay, any dragons or windmills that get in our path
You're my high-ground to stand
A safe place to land
The perfect shelter, through any storm
You don't save me from the world
You save the world from me
Cause baby, you're the better side of me

I think we are all entitled to call one person our soul-mate. okay maybe 2 (jk) I have this one special man in my life. he makes me feel, as if his arms are my safe landing.
