Are you there?
Stare
Hold your attention
Now feel
It’s real
There’s no room to think
Your mind
Not elsewhere
Wait …
Watch your awareness grow
Like a flower
Slow
-ly
Open
-ing
Answers will come
Clear sight
Peaceful delight
Did you?
Did you stare at your soul?
Do you?
Do you feel whole?
Repeat – repeat – repeat – 
For a continuous retreat
